Mrs. Karen Wirth, RN, CRNP-FNP, is board certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the Maryland State Board of Nursing as a family nurse practitioner.
Mrs. Wirth attended the College of Southern Maryland where she earned her Associate of Science Degree in Nursing in La Plata, Maryland. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from University of Wilmington in Wilmington, Delaware, before graduating with honors with her Masters of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in Chicago, Illinois.
Prior to joining Newbridge Spine & Pain Center as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner, Mrs. Wirth was a Critical Care Nurse in the Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC.
Embracing her practice & philosophy Mrs. Wirth views healing as an integral part of her profession.
